it's been a while. i had more things to write, but i have now forgotten them. anyway, i must say that i officially found a job and started it 2 weeks ago. i'm a cashier at save-on. bah, i hate being a cashier, it's just too much at times. oh well. i do, however, like their user friendly registers they have which are all computer-based. it's a touch screen system. i've officially completed one week on the tills alone. that was fun (sarcasm). i've met some nice people and some not so nice people. actually, the not so nice people confuse me. one day they're okay towards u, the next day they treat u like ur some kind of moron! u know what a bad part is? they're younger than u. u know what the WORST part is? they think they're OLDER than u! k, in a way it's funny to be labelled 15 or 17, but in another, it makes people feel like they can push u around when in fact it should be the exact opposite! oh well. anyway, if u know of anybody who'd like to be a stock clerk for save-on, tell them to apply, they should get the job on the spot (they only have 3 of them). i was lucky that they day i handed in my application, my manager seemed set on hiring me. so that was good, that it took a couple of days to get everything organized!

u know what's silly? the manager from costco called me last night, and said "would u still be looking to work with us?". k, i gave them my application form like a month prior to this phone call! yeesh!

well, it's official, the carolina hurricanes will be facing the edmonton oilers in the stanley cup final. wow, the eastern conference finals were quite crazy. the buffalo sabres won the first game, carolina won the 2nd game, buffalo won the 3rd, carolina won the 4th and won the 5th (pattern changed), buffalo won the 6th and carolina won the 7th game (in carolina) last night with a score of 4-2. 2 out of the 7 games played ended in overtime. carolina won one game and buffalo won the other (games 5 and 6).

now, a couple of sherwood park boys, a couple of oilers (one being a sh. park boy, another being a former captain of the oil) will be facing the oilers! yay! go oil go!

wow, i'm so excited for this monday when all the action starts. however, those dumbasses on whyte ave really are screwing over the fans. yeesh, y is it that edmontonians always have to do the dumbest things on whyte ave? remember those canada day riots back in 2001? i had a feeling that these hockey fans would do the same thing. a bonfire? climbing down wire? having sex wtih a lamppost? breaking windows of stores? headbutting each other because ur angry with each other? yeesh, what the hell is wrong with u?

well, now the police can beat the crap out of these people if need be (i think), so that would be sweet! i would love to beat up some of these dumbasses! it would be fun!
