"Lohan relationship overKurt and Goldie may still be together, but Lindsay Lohan has definitely left her boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama of That '70s Show. The two had been on the outs for several weeks and it came to a head on November 5th. US Weekly reported that the two had a very public screaming match, with one witness telling the magazine, "Lindsay was shouting that Wilmer's family won't accept her." Lindsay appeared a few days later at Hollywood's Club Prey with Chad Michael Murray, her Freaky Friday costar. However, Murray's an engaged man — he and his fiancée, Sophia Bush, both star in the TV series One Tree Hill." -tribute.ca

yay! it's over! sorry, but when i admitted i liked ashton kutcher, he became annoying and popular! then i said i liked wilmer and he dated lindsay lohan! i don't like her much either. yes, well i'm glad that's over, but doesn't that kinda prove that a relationship with an age difference of 6 yrs doesn't work? oooh, that could help me...sorry, i'm having some issues.

in bio yesterday, we got to poke worms, cut squid, look/poke sea urchins and crabs! it was good fun. we saw HUGE live cockroaches but couldn't take them out of the jar (luckily). it was fun to see the flatworm under the dissecting microscope! it looked like a cartoon! its eyes looked they were painted on or something.

wow this week was screwy! for starters, my bro moved back home, but he left for red deer yesterday (went with friends) and i think he's returning on friday/saturday. yes, well, it's gonna be strange living with him again. oh well, we get a relatively new couch, dvd player, vcr, and tv for the basement! what else? well, like usual, i had all my work due for thursday. i stayed up until 3:50am doing my bio lab report because i did most of it wrong when i did it on monday! that was bad, 5 hrs of sleep! i somehow managed to survive a math class and a bio lab. but, it was nice of kyle (uofa friend) to help me out the entire time! he's such a sweetie. well, yes, so i did that. actually, i started working on my lab report around 11pm because i came home from choir and then had to shower. so, 5hrs isn't unusual for a lab report. choir was good, i showed jen where the new milk machine in the education building was. hehe, she was SO happy. yesterday was also funny because i was asking people if they did their psych assignment (due for yesterday at 11:59pm-what's up with that?) and 2 people completely forgot about it! so, they were very thankful i reminded them of that! i also helped someone i knew find his friends in chem class yesterday. it was funny cause he was looking for them (they were sitting in a new row) and i think he kept lookin at me, maybe to ask me. but finally i caught his attention and told him where they were sitting. he was thankful too. wow, i helped out like 4 people yesterday and got help too. i liked that, i liked that a lot. yes, about the assignments, i had a math assignment due today and a chem lab. well, luckily for me, the prof postponed the math assignment for monday because tisa (some of u know her) told her that we didn't do some of the stuff on the assignment yet. woohoo! so, that took off some stress. well, i managed to do my chem lab during my 1hr and 3omin break but i know i failed it. it was SO hard! oh well. u can't win a lot of things, now can u? ooh, i got free pizza yesterday, but only one slice, so i had to buy pretzels in order to fill up my supper/lunch (lupper/sunch). it was also nice to have a chat with al on the bus ride home. he's so great! and funny too! i'm so glad he talks to me, otherwise that would be awkward. oh yah, and when i got my free pizza (after mosque) the guy in front of me asked if i still played ringette (i think if u go back to a post around may 15th, '04, u'll understand what i'm talkin about), and i told him i never have before. he asked me something about that a few months ago. it's weird, like u don't realize how many people actually like to talk to u. but then again, they aren't willing to be ur friends, so that kinda sucks. oh well, i can say i have A LOT of links/acquaintances, and i mean A LOT! i've met so many people at university, it's quite cool. oh btw, on my previous post, those girls from psych were actually there in psych on monday, but they skipped their later classes to get sleep and other things.

u know what's funny? whenever i read a book/play, learn about some country or a person, that topic i learn/read is on the tv! like after i read "the importance of being earnest" in english this year, i watched it at laura's house! and then i just read "jane eyre" for english, and now it's on the tv! like, right now. isn't that freaky? i really should finish my english presentation for tomorrow. it's not too hard.

in chem on tuesday (chem lab) i had a substitue TA and she was evil! she got mad ( not really) because i didn't get the correct results. but the stupid probe thing was dumb! i think it was dying! yes, well i hope my real TA comes back, she's very nice. oh, and during chem lab, some loud guy in the lab next to us was complaining how the hilary duff concert was sold out. like seriously, she's creepy! so me and my friend were laughing at him. and then, he came into our lab to talk to his friend. he kept bitching about the concert! like omg! who cares! oh well, the strange people we have to encounter!

oh yah, it's nice to see people u know in the hallways, and then u smile or wave at them! it's quite cool. yay, happy! i think it's just cause i'm very tired. well, that's my spiel for now.

I LOVE CRAIG DAVID!!!!!!!

u know what's crazy? well, today i went to uofa (normal time) but skipped my first class, psych, in order to do my math assignment. i know, i'm bad i didn't do it on the weekend, but it was hard! also, my math assignments are usually due on thursday so this one was actually moved back from last thursday, meaning i have 2 assignments, bah! i also have a dumb bio lab report due this week! arrrgggghhh! well, that's not the crazy part. see, i sit with these 2 girls in psych and one is also in my english class and the other is in my bio class. well, i went to english, and guess what? the girl from my psych/english classes wasn't there! and, when i went to bio, i didn't see the girl from my psych/bio classes there either! freaky or what? the 3 of us skipped psych at the same time! that's great! well, funny too. i'm glad i know others in my psych class too, but i hope i didn't miss much. btw, i got an email from some girl in psych, through webct-everyone in my class got it too, and well it turns out that "someone" is in my psych class too. and his lastname is a familiar one, but i don't think he's ismaili. whatevs. i don't really like him, i think i just need to have a crush on someone. speaking of crushes, creamsoda is always at millenium place when i'm there!!!! ahhhh! i don't wanna have a crush on him again. uggh, and he's always running around the track so i have to see him if i'm on the bike. it's strange how i started to like him after i saw him run around the track a couple of years ago. oh, i don't know if most of u know who creamsoda is. i know that lo/ste/da and i think lou knew who creamsoda is/was. but yah. i don't feel like displaying his name. ahhh, that night was fun when all those nicknames came up. who made creamsoda? you lori, or was it stef? ah, spongecake, colossal rolo, supercolossal rolo, hideous boils. those were the days!

ah, BNL rules! they've done it again; they've produced a cd which i adore. no wonder they are my favourite band, too bad they won't come here for a concert :( oh well. maybe they'll surprise me and come soon, hopefully not on new year's eve because laura p. bought me a ticket to the bear's new year's bash (yay sam!). i hope i can survive the drunks though. i'll try my hardest! hehe. yes, well, i was listening to the library's copy of "everything to everyone" this past week, and it's awesome! my favourite songs are "maybe katie" and "upside down" of course the song "another postcard" is an awesome song! well, i knew i wanted to buy this cd, but it was (still is) kinda expensive, so i'll have to settle for a burned copy. oh well, it's still awesome! speaking of barenaked ladies and bought cds, i seemed to have lost my copy of the maroon cd. that pisses me off, because i really wanna listen to it. i like the non-released songs from that cd. oh well. u know what's funny/weird? i think last week i found an article referring to steven page (bnl singer) and his envirosafe car. that was great, so i kept it. ah i love bnl! now, they should come here!

ooh, i really like my new mini curling iron, it was cheap but it works! i curled some of my hair yesterday, i couldn't really finish the job because my hair was still wet, and i ran out of time. some of it is still curled! i can't believe that, because my hair usually loses it's pretty curl after i sleep (i toss and turn a lot).

i saw 2 movies on friday. one was on tv, and i can't remember the name. but, it starred cary elwes and kelsey grammer. it was pretty good, it was about the pentagon. i thought it was cary elwes but i had not seen him in a movie other than ones where he has an accent, so i had to do a double check on it. i never realized how his voice reminds me of charlie sheen's voice. did anyone know that charlie sheen and emilio estevez (mighty ducks) are bros? i learned that awhile ago, but i still am shocked! also on friday, a bunch of us went to see "the incredibles". i liked that movie. it was funny, and i recommend anyone who hasn't seen it, to see it. yesterday, i saw "the order" and i saw "scary movie" (finally). see, i was at my cousin's house (she's leaving soon) so i brought over "the order" and a bunch of other movies my bro bought. we were originally going to watch "the perfect score" however something happened. see, i was thinking before i opened the case that, "what if the movie wasn't there?" and well, it was true! i guess it's somewhere in my bro's apartment. well, the dvd should be coming soon, seeing as my bro is moving back here and going to work near sal comp. well, that'll be interesting... continuing on. so, we watched "the order". it was a weird movie! but, i do like heath ledger (hehe), and the guy who played "the sineater" was good looking too. i'm weird, i know. well, i didn't like it when heath was crying, it was quite creepy/girly. whatevs. my cuz and i noticed that shannon sossamon looked fat (pregnant?) but maybe it was just her dresses. i dunno! well, as i already mentioned, i watched "scary movie". it was on tv, so i just had to watch it. i've seen #2 and #3, so it would make sense to see the first one. now, i just have to watch the "american pie" trilogy of which we have 2 of them. oooh, and i taped "bride of chucky" and "psycho beach party" on friday. i also taped "rugrats in paris" last night. i have to watch "bride of chucky" and the new one "seed of chucky", and i'll be caught up with that trilogy. one more thing on "the order", was the director or cast person or someone in the crew from "a knight's tale"? because the 3 main characters of this movie were in "a knight's tale", i just was wondering. yay, "ocean's 12" is coming out soon! they were playing "ocean's 11" on tv the past couple of days, but i have it on dvd so that's great. yay! i'm sooooo excited for that movie, and in like 8 months, "batman begins" will be coming out! yay for movies!

ah, the manchurian candidate (new one). well, it was during the summer, i think august, and luke, dan and i went to see it in galaxy (afternoon show). everyone else was busy (bah). too bad, i knew that stef wanted to come. oh well. there were the 3 of us plus 2 others in the theatre. it was great because us 3 were sitting in the back row near the camera and luke would take my popcorn and try to throw it in the way of the lens! it worked a couple of times and u could see the shadow of a popcorn kernel. hehe. i might have wrote this story on this blog before, whatevs. yah, the movie was awesome, it had loads of twists and turns! i liked it a lot. i still wanna see the old one with frankie! ahh, i miss all the old guys (when they were young of course).

Stereo by The Watchmen

My life is a stereo, how loud does it go?
What songs do I know? What ever happened to my plans?
Whatever happened to the life I thought I had?

My life is a stereo, kinda cheaply made though
How bad does it show? Whatever did become of all my friends?
Whatever happened to the likes of all of them?

My life is a stereo, turn me on and let's go
Turn me up louder, I'll scream as loud and clear as I can scream
And if you like what you're hearing, please hang on to me

But I like being here
And I'm all hooked up wrong
Hang on to me, I'm one in a million
One in a million, one in a million
Please hang on to me

My life is a stereo, outphased but you know
60 cycles humming, whatever happened to my friends?
Whatever happened to the likes of all of them?

Oh, I like being here
And I'm all hooked up wrong
Hang on to me, I'm one in a million
One in a million, one in a million

And my lights are like candles
I'm so afraid of new technology
I'm in the race and I don't want to be
Yeah I'm so afraid of what's to come for me
I'm in a race and I don't, I don't want to be

Life ends in a stereo, pack me up and let's go
Put me anywhere, please don't think of leaving me behind
Whatever happens to you, I'll get on just fine

I'm one of a million, one of a million
One of a million, one of a million
One of a million, one of a million
One of a million, ooohhh
Ah, ladada

YAY! THE LONG WEEKEND HAS APPROACHED! i love NO school. it makes me joyous! so does seeing someone on tv after a while of not seeing someone. yes, i'm strange. but john bregar was on "degrassi" last night, even if it was for only a couple of minutes. i haven't seen him for a month and a half or so. sorry, it was funny though how i was thinking about him during the day and then he appeared. see, that's y i need a life. oh this isn't the guy i wanna get out of my head. he can stay there as a matter of fact, hehe.

martin (choir) wasn't on the bus home from uamc on wednesday night (last night). i did see him in choir, though. maybe he went to ratt w/ everyone else and sang kareoke or got drunk. ah, that guy's great! i hope he doesn't read this! ahhhh!

well, if u haven't seen my msn name, then well, ur u. Sma Robberst is coming to town! OR SAM ROBERTS! well, he's coming for the bear's new year's eve bash, so i'm excited! i hope i can go. like seriously, he's such an amazing performer (i think), so y wouldn't i go again? oh well, i hope it works out well, it's still far away. too bad it's a "no minors" gig, cause i know some people who'd wanna go. it's funny cause they were playing sam roberts like every single day since his last concert (july 31, 2004) and i thought that he was coming to town 'cause they did that. also, they announced on sunday or monday that on the next day, there would be a major concert announcement. i thought it would be sam, and when i checked the bear's website, it was! yay! but it sucks to be the minors that want to go.

u know what else sucks? being given the chance to see a tv show u like, in turn to find out it's a re-run! bah! i hate that!

well, i think i should mention some things i wanted to from a long time ago.

firstly, i'd like to say a belated congrats to the boston redsox for winning the world series (baseball). now, i did want them to win, so that's good. they beat the st. louis cardinals in i think 4 straight games. i did like how they came back from a 3-0 battle against the stupid new york yankees in order to come out on top (4-3). this was the semi-finals.

secondly, britney spears SUCKS. we all know that, but she sucks more now. she has to right to ruin a perfectly good bobby brown song, my favourite one infact! she ruined "my perogative" by him. bah, she can go to hell! well, she can.

thirdly, the edmonton eskies lost their match to saskatchewan last sunday and now are finished and can't continue on to the finals for the grey cup! bah! oh well, i got my pic taken with the grey cup last year, after they won it. yay!

fiftly, "End of an era as Yasser Arafat dies at age 75 ". yah, i don't know what to say for this one. but a lot of people have been dying lately.

that's it for now.

man i love listening to music! i love u2! vertigo is an awesome song, and it's great how i know the words to it. bah to exams! i've done bad, now i must do some hardcore studying for the finals. ahhh!

i did part 2 of a psych project today and it was weird. u had to discuss a dream u had about someone who u knew that died. i told them a dream i had of stef. see, i had this dream a couple of weeks ago that stef and i were in choir (mrs. dear conducting), but we were actually in the ed north room 2-115 (uamc rehearsal room). then, stef and i were talking and she looked like she did in grade 9, well the hair at least. yes, well, we were talking and laughing, and all of a sudden, i realize that she's not supposed to be alive. i ask her, and she says she survived the accident. amanda comes out of nowhere and i ask her the same question, and her reply is the same as stef. then it goes on as if nothing happened.

i had a dream last night where bev, lori, kim, kelsey and mrs. dear were in the same room as me and all of a sudden stef appears. her hair was like her grade 9 hair. and everyone was shocked/scared. i guess she was a ghost and she came to tell us she was fine up there (heaven?). i've had a lot of these dreams involving stef mostly, but the message is the same-they're okay/fine where they are. wow, it still hasn't sunk in that they are actually dead, maybe during christmas time it will finally hit me. i think that it's the fact that stef and amanda would be out of town right now, and well i don't live near luke, so i wouldn't really be seeing much of them right now, that's making me feel they are alive still. oh, i do miss them a lot. i know i wasn't a great friend to any of them, but they were amazing people and had awesome talents! i wanna see them one more time, but in a physical form, not a spiritual form or in my dreams! but i know it won't ever happen. oh well, i hope they know i miss them and have forgiven me for all the bad i've done to them.

well, to change subjects, i'm glad i have no labs/assignments for this week! i do have 2 math assignments due for next week, and a major bio lab and a psych assignment due next week. so that's gonna suck!

"boulevard of broken dreams" by greenday is a good song, in case any of are green day fans and wanted to know that.

i must add one more thing. is there a way that u can get someone out of your head? and by "someone" i mean someone u've previously had a crush on. yes, it's complicated to explain, but i need help to get this guy out of my head before i have massive issues! unless, i do meet him in the future, hehe! wait, i don't want to do that! yes, well, have any tricks?

speaking of crushes, i think i might be developing one on someone. it's sad, but i think the guy becca originally wanted to set me up with, is the guy i have a crush on! ahhh! he reminds me of someone i used to have a crush on. uggh. oh well, i don't think it'll work anyway, but i see him around a lot. i think he's in my psych class, in addition to bio. ahhh! well, i'll stop now.

Tell All Your Friends by Projet Orange

Tell all your friends
Make believe all ‘round
Did you come down?
I’ll bet he finds me out
He said, “Leave your friends”
Like a leaf on the ground
I was your friend
There’s still leaves all around

Cause I’ll be there all night
Staring at them outside

You can cross that desert outside

(It’s the easy way out)

I should’ve known
I thought, “How could I go?”
But you’re fine; it’s solved
Police heard you go
They’ll find out you know it’s different
It’s your friends
So now how’d you sell that spirited dream outside?

You can cross that desert outside
I’ll be waiting
Out there inside

You can cross that desert outside
I’ll be waving
Out there inside inside
Out there inside out there inside out…they’re inside
Can you hear?

Megalomaniac by Incubus

I hear you on the radio
You permeate my screens, unkind heart
So much you ever seem to fly
I cut off both your wings on principal alone
On principal alone

Hey megalomaniac
You're no Jesus
Yeah, you're no -- Elvis
Special, as you know yourself, maniac
Step down, step down
Step down

Oh...
If I was your appendages
I hold open your eyes
So you would see
That all of us are heaven sent
(There was never meant to be only one)
There was never meant to be only one
To be only one

Hey megalomaniac
You're no Jesus
Yeah, you're no -- Elvis
Special, as you know yourself, maniac
Step down, step down
Step down, step down
Step down, oh... step down

Oh...
You're...
You're...
You're...
You're no Jesus
You're no Elvis
You're no Jesus
You're no Jesus
You're no Elvis
You're no answer
Oh...Step down... step down... step down... step down...hey... hey

Hey megalomaniac
You're no Jesus

"where have all the good people gone?" wow, they play sam a lot on the bear! yay! they've been playing him at least once a day since august. i think that's AWESOME!!! and last saturday they played him 3 times (where have..., don't walk away..., hard road). wow, i LOVE sam. hehe. yes, they were just playing "where have..." on the bear, and that's my favourite released sam roberts song, so that made my day. i'm glad the stupid crappy week is over. now just one more midterm and i will have some peace. anyway, continuing on with the sam thing. last saturday when they played "where have..." i had to go to choir. and then, like a few times this past week, i managed to catch half of the song each time! oh well, it's nice to hear that one instead of constantly hearing "brother down". i don't hate that song, it's just "where have..." is my fav. it was funny when laura p. and i were talking about sam roberts last night and kyle was saying how "eww... he's scruffy" well, maybe not the "eww" part. but still, it was funny. ah, goodtimes. yay long weekend! woot woot! well, i think that's all i wanted to say.

Thursday, November 04, 2004

well awards night was good, except for the fact that sal did not decide to print that i got grade 12 honours! i do have proof that i did! oh well, just to let u know i did. it was nice seeing people i haven't seen for a while. but it was sad to be reminded of tragedies (2 months). it was great how kyle hazelhurst was talking to me (sitting next to me). that was great. and how laura p. was sitting behind me, so we kept talking. this reminded me of grad. i love it when everyone talks to each other, and is not secluding anyone! it is annoying however, when ur parents keep yelling at one another! oh well. yes, the moral of this post is that i did get honours in grade 12, and rutherford and ib (bah!). oh well, i actually did decent on my ib exams.

CONGRATS TO ALL U SMARTIES! HEHE, GOOD JOB U SUPER SMART PEOPLE! :) :)

|

yes, tonight was good. it was sad to be reminded of death (2 months) but it was nice to see everyone again. uggh, they didn't say that i got honours for grade 12! but i did, i have proof! hehe, yah, so just so u guys know. it was nice of kyle hazelhurst to say he was sorry for the tragedies. he was talking to me, hehe. he's nice, i've never had problems with that kid! good thing. i love events like this, where everyone talks to each other! it was great to sit in front of laura p. i haven't seen her in soooooo long! ah, goodtimes. well yes, i DID actually get honours, so don't think to urself "ha! that girl is really dumb!". yes, dumb sal for not printing that! i wonder when they made these programs?
