you know what's awesome? hanging out with people in ur classes at uni. i dunno, i'm so glad i've met so many interesting people. they make class go by, and they make u forget ur problems. there are so many friendly people out there and i'm glad i've met them. i really wish i could see them outside of class, but it's hard 'cause most of them live in edmonton and i don't have a car, sigh. oh well, what can you do? but still, i'm glad i've met a lot of cool people. it makes me happy to know there are lots of nice people out there!

ooooh, craig david rocks my socks! hehe. wow, it's been so long since i last posted. hmmmm...i must say that jeff baker has some psychic abilities! apparently he said near the end of summer, that we'll see each other at thanksgiving somehow, i didn't really think so. lo and behold, we did see each other at thanksgiving! i was at wal-mart shopping with my dad and all of a sudden i hear someone call my name! and it was was jeff. crazy, eh? well, that was a story from a couple of weeks ago.

hmmm, i bought a franz ferdinand poster from the poster sale on friday and i also bought their new cd, but i won't get it for a couple of more weeks. i must say ur a lucky one jess! u met them and saw their concert. ugggh, i'm jealous! oh well, i still haven't seen my fav all time band bnl, so i've given up caring for seeing bands anymore. i'm glad i saw b2m, they rule!

well, my midterms start this week and i'm screwed! oh well, it's my fault and what not.

i've given up on liking guys. just cause i embarrass myself a lot in front of them and they all think i stalk them. it's really annoying to see a guy frequently after not seeing him frequently! uggh, he prolly hates me, well he's prolly hated me for a few years now and it's annoying how i have to embarrass myself in front of him. oh well, i don't like him and i don't like anyone else! it's so pathetic, the guy never returns the feeling and well, y should i waste my time with this. i'm so glad i'm not the only one who has this problem, i love how i actually know a group of people who've never been on a date like me! well, that makes me happy.

has anyone heard the song called "diamonds and guns" by the transplants? it's funky. it's the music playing on the fructis commercial where that girl with the long hair breaks some rail or something attached to her hair. i'm not sure if the song is old or not, but it's the same music as the commercial.

sadly, i couldn't get the new franz ferdinand cd at cd plus (it was more expensive at the store than on the website, and the website claims no shipping!), so i guess i'll have to order it later. well, i did get the muppets season one dvd set, i haven't watched it yet but the cover is fuzzy (it's of kermit the frog)! i went to chapters and purchased a book i've been wanting for a couple of months and it was much cheaper than i'd expected! first off, i think most of the books at chapters were 20% off the cover price (i'm not sure which books) and then, i got 15% off on top of that by using the sh. park mall's scratch card thing. wow, i actually got 15% off! most of them were for 10%. so i save like $6, and that was awesome!

my long weekend wasn't special, and i once again didn't do my homework/studying yet. man, i'm screwed! oh well!

i just realized something, amanda's blog is the only blog that saves past comments! i was reading the 2nd last post she wrote and there are 10 comments, basically a convo between luke, lori, stef, amanda and myself. it's crazy! hmmm...it was nice to read meghan a.'s comment that she and ashley wrote on amanda's very last post. well, here's a suggestion, go read the 2nd last post on her blog, and u can read one of the last email convos we had.

wow, i don't feel like staying at uni till 9:30pm (choir tonight). i'm so lazy! uggh, i have to go to astro (it's SO BORING!!). omg, i skipped monday's class and on the friday class from last week, i ended up drawing random pics the entire 50min. it doesn't help when half the class isn't there, and the person u sit with isn't there either! buggers to boredom!

nothing interesting this week, so far. i think the guy from my fs class, who thinks i'm a stalker, has a g/f, so that's good. i don't have to develop a random crush (which i did that many times this past summer). oh well. i like not having crushes, it makes my life easier but it's no fun having crushes on tv people. but, it does make my dreams interesting and good. hehe.

well, it's been a weird week. actually, this week went by quite fast! it turns out my organic chem quiz for this tuesday was pushed back a week! yah boy! hehe! hmmm...it's fun to meet new people. i dunno, i guess it depends, sometimes they think ur weird, other times they don't. but, i've noticed that it takes a couple of meetings for the person to actually show the way they feel about u. for instance, there was this guy who was in both of my bio classes last year and i think he sat down next to me once and asked me what we were doing (i think he came late) and i saw him everywhere on campus. and, last week i kinda met him but this week we actually talked and stuff! it was crazy and he's VERY funny, too bad he's gay. oh well. hehe, and i met my organic lab partner, who i thought kinda didn't like me the first day (we weren't partners then) but actually is very friendly. it turns out she's also a 2nd year student in chem 161! yay! it's cool 'cause both of us aren't very good at chem labs. hehe.

hmmm...it's nice to meet new people but it's strange to witness how much people change. i dunno, i've noticed that almost everyone (once they've graduated from high school) have changed. i know none of u might realize this, but it's easy for me to realize this 'cause i'm the same person who is trying to figure out what's going on here. whatevs, who knows what'll happen in another year, right? i sure hope i don't change, well not in a bad way. i can't afford to do really stupid things, it's just wrong. oh well, we'll see.

i'm so happy to finally get a copy of green day's "international superhits". it has all of my favs and i found a new fav called "waiting". i thoroughly enjoy that song! perhaps i'll post the lyrics sometime. it's stupid how zellers finally has a copy of it after i quit, oh well it's expensive anyway!

yay, franz ferdinand's new cd is coming out soon! sa-weeeeet! i love the first single "do you want to?". but i haven't heard the rest of them yet. i believe the cd is coming out this week.

have u ever woke up with a song in ur head? and that song was in a dream right before u woke up? i had "jitterbug" by wham stuck in my head this morning, but i think it was 'cause chris griffin (family guy) was singing it on last week's episode of "family guy" (i watched it yesterday) and well it was in my dream. i remember a month ago when i was dancing to it in the aisles of zellers. buggers, i wish i could dance! oh well, i can disco, so whatevs. i think we have a disco club in edmonton, now, but i could be wrong. i really want to get the new stewie griffin dvd, it looks funny!
