well, it sure is fun to make ur own wrap. mmm....cream cheese and lettuce and meat! yummy! my wraps actually worked this time and didn't fall apart!

i did wanna mention something. i find it awesome how sherwood park people will be in the world record. i think u know what i am talking about. well, the hockey game of course! it lasted for about 240hrs! i'm glad they did it, they raised a LOT of money for cancer and that's just plain old awesome. the guy in charge, brent saik, used to be my optometrist but he's still my mom's optometrist, so i think that's cool.

i just thought i'd mention that.

well, today was great! hehe, i just about wrote "wag greas", don't ask why! well, i had fun today. it all started when lori picked me up and we met becca at sal. hehe, we don't go there anymore and everyone there had to attend classes, ha! then, we saw some former teachers and the grade 12 ib chem class. then the 3 of us went to lori's and she made us some mean smoothies. hats off to the pro (lori), ur smoothies are yummy! and we looked at magazines and becca put on some green mascara, which suited her btw. after that we went to boston pizza where we ate and were served by a nice waiter, who apparently was kinda cute. hehe. he was quite friendly and one time thought that becca was calling him when in fact she wasn't. and he kept refilling her water, except he finally asked her at the end if she wanted a refill. so that was odd. and they told him it was my birthday (that was last monday actually) and he brought us a dessert which was quite lovely (bits of cheesecake mixed with chocolate cake and such). luckily, he told me that he doesn't sing, so no center of attention for me (yes!). hehe, but it was a fun dinner, we took some awesome yet funny pics. i must post them. after the dinner, we went to see "meet the fockers" at the galaxy cinema theatre and sabira met us there. i liked it, the movie was quite funny and the baby in it was cute. hehe, he kept cussing, that was quite funny the way the baby would say "asshole"! i guess u'll have to watch it in order to figure out what i'm talking about (unless u've seen the movie). well, that was the end of the night. i must say, thanks a lot for the gifts, u guys are so thoughtful and i really appreciate it! i really do! that was a great birthday celebration! thanks a lot!

have a great "rest of reading week" for all of u university students and good luck (if ur studying)!

hehe! for those of u who have seen "radio free roscoe", 2 of the cast members are coming here! i'm so excited, i had a crush on one, and kinda like the other. hehe. sadly, i think amanda was the only other fan of the show. bah! oh well, i still think it's awesome that they are coming here, and they are older than me so i'm not creepy or anything! anyone wanna come with? prolly not, that's okay, i'll prolly go on my own anyway! yah, they are coming march 6, 05, to londonderry mall.

wow, i was looking at a time capsule i made from 1999 for the date feb. 14, 2005. i actually opened it on saturday the 19th. anyway, it was quite interesting to see what i wrote in it. i wrote about a lot of events from that year and i wrote about all these goals, which actually still stand (some of them atleast). so that was nice. i also was looking at my sentence structure and realised how many sentences i could have joined together, and i saw how descriptive i was. i used to remember every detail when writing about it, but i don't think i do that anymore! oh well, i do suggest to make a time capsule, it's quite fun!

well, my exams ended on thursday so that's good. now i have a week to relax! well, so does every other university/college student! guess what i own! i own a copy of "bend it like beckham", it was $12, at superstore. so, if anyone wants a copy, i'd suggest go there. however, i wish i could have gone back in time and bought the dvd for $10 (before the movie came out in theatres here). that was funny, my cuz loved that movie (he was in england when it released there) and made my mom pick up a copy of it. i think i watched it 2 or 3 times after he got it. AND, i was telling people here to watch it, but some didn't want to. and then they loved it anyway! hehe.

u know what's strange? having the bus driver close the door on u. see, it was thurs. morning, and the bus driver went on the bus. now i was going to go on, but then he said "no" and was closing the door on me. michelle (eiyc) was with me, and we were so confused. it turned out he had to move the bus, but i don't see y he couldn't let 2 people on first. oh well, atleast he apologized later, and wasn't rude to me.

WOOHOO! the new radio station is up and running! i think it's called "the bounce" and it does play loads of R&B so that's awesome! i'm so stoked! i just had to say "stoked". i dunno y.

u know what sucks? to be stuck at university (rez) and not be able to go home. i have a friend who's staying in rez for all of reading week. he's from vancouver, but i think he doesn't want to waste money on a ticket or something. wow, he's so not looking forward to the week because he'll be bored all week (most or all of his friends have left (rez friends)). he did offer if i wanted to go meet him for coffee, but i doubt i'd be allowed to go to whyte ave on my own. i offered for him to come to sherwood park, but i guess he didn't want a bus adventure.

it's sweet having ur psych class end early, like 25 min early! in otherwords, we only had about half a class. i love that class, the prof is so entertaining.

well, have a good reading week for those of you who do.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO LUKE! i know he's not here anymore, but it is still his birthday today. i know he's having fun up there with stef and amanda. i guess being 19 isn't special, but it's still a good age.

happy birthday to me! sorry, i had to. to bad, i lost my b-day twin, it's very sad. it was fun knowing a guy shared my b-day. thanks luke for the past 2 years!

wow, i'll be 19 for about 2 and a half hours now. impressive, or so i think. i thought people would actually forget my birthday, but people remembered. even people who met me this year remembered! it was funny today cause i found out that i'm exactly 2 weeks older than a friend from uni. maybe next week we can do something (to all u sherwood park people). but i dunno, anyone up for a movie? prolly.

so, today i had a bio midterm which wasn't so good. i wish i studied more on a particular topic, then it might have been better. now i have a chem midterm and a math one left. uggh, however i'm glad these midterms aren't worth half ur grade. yet, even if i studied my ass off for the finals, that doesn't guarantee good marks (the finals will be much harder). oh well.

my bro is in phoenix for a work trip this week. it's funny cause i haven't been outside of canada, let alone i have only been to provinces in all. we'll see, maybe i'll get a job where i travel constantly, who knows? i still need a career! ugggh!

"BUZZ: She's So Lucky? Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been getting lucky while marooned in Louisiana shooting her upcoming film, Just My Luck. The 18 year old has been hooking up with 33-year-old Dukes of Hazzard star, Johnny Knoxville!" -teenpeople

i thought i'd start with this. first of all, wtf! i hate this girl, she keeps hooking up with all these older guys who i actually respect! uggh, i hope she burns, and burns fast! sorry, but y can't she stick with morons like her ex, aaron carter? seriously, does she think that she's a good person or something? bah!

anyway, life is meh for me. midterms are next week, which isn't good considering i haven't studied much. i like how there are no chem 102 labs next week, yet my lab occurs after all of my exams are over, so there was no point in that.

this past wednesday was screwy. first of all, i managed to sleep in 30 min, even though i heard my alarm (i usually hit the snooze button), and so i missed my 9am bus (from transit center). so, i caught the 9:30am bus and managed to reach my class right on time (10am), however i noticed that familiar faces were coming towards me (leaving my class basically), and then when i reached the foyer (tory lecture basement, for those of u who know where that is), i saw other people i knew just standing there. so, i figured the class before us got out late, however i noticed this neon green sign on the door, and it said class cancelled! i really wish i knew in advance, then i could have slept an additional half hour! oh well. it turned out that my psych prof fractured his ankle, but he didn't say how.

i did my first research project for psych yesterday (i've done 4 before for last semester) and it was okay. it was a survey on the "transition to adulthood", or something like that. either way, i got out very early and managed to catch an early bus home.

i love it when a bunch of new songs surface on the radio, it makes me very happy. if ur a "theory of a deadman" fan, there new song "no surprise" is quite good and sounds different than a nickelback song. there's also the song called "why i bother" by tupelo honey (a local band) is also good. i saw them live, and the lead singer is a very good live singer. there are other songs that i enjoy right now.

apparently there are tour packages to vancouver to see u2, which are on sale now. BURN: "April 28th Vancouver, BC - General Motors Place, Sold OutApril 29th Vancouver, BC - General Motors Place, Sold Out"! how gay is that? uggh, so they move the concert over by 3 days, and add another date, and they're both sold out! i checked the site like a week ago and it changes that much? bah! oh well, maybe some other time. u know what the true sad part is? i think i could have attended the one on the 28th. BAH!!!!!!!!!!

i just came home from laser hair removal. bah, that's painful! u guys are lucky that ur not brown with a lot of facial/arm hair. oh well, i think the treatments are close to the end.

i went to choir today, that was fun. they do this annual thing where they sell valentines and the proceeds go to the heart and stroke foundation. u can buy valentines for anyone in the choir. it was funny, cause anyone who didn't actually get valentines from people they know (myself included), got 2 valentines from a secret admirer. hehe, that was funny. i thought jennifer (friend from choir) actually had a secret admirer, but i got a valentine like her, so i guess not! hehe, that was great.

that seems to be it for now. yay reading week in a week!

hey there! wow, it does suck getting a cold a week before midterms! it also sucks to have 2 extra assignments (in addition to my 4) due the week before my midterms! so, if u haven't noticed, i'm having midterms in a week. i already had my first psych one, it wasn't too bad, but he kept saying it was hard. that made NO sense! yes, i'm not looking forward to bio, chem and math (in a week).

what else, oooh we had a substitute conductor for choir today, that was interesting. well, it sucked because i couldn't sing to anything! stupid throat! oh well, it was fun none the less. i do love choir! i like that i've actually met people in it.

guess what! there's a new radio station coming! actually, this was supposed to come last april, however i think it has now gained support. from what i recall, it should be an r&b station, i'm SO excited! it's 91.7, and from what i remember, it's to be called flow 91.7, but i think that might be wrong. anyway, they're just calibrating the station to our receivers, so they're playing random songs right now, which is fun, because i like some of them. so i'm so excited!

what else? well, apparently u2 is coming to vancouver for a concert, but it says TBC next to the date (april 28th) which could mean to be confirmed, or to be cancelled. i think the first one would make sense, seeing as they just announced this tour and all. so, road trip anyone? well, maybe i can't go, i do have 2 exams that day, and may one the day after, so who knows? btw the concert would be on a thursday. bah! stupid exams!

apparently green day is coming to town and playing at rexall, i'm not sure when. maybe i'll go, i dunno.

so, i must write a bio lab report. i'm glad they're only 5 pages long, because for bio 108 they had to be about 7 pages! that was torture!

i love new music, there's always a time of the month where a huge amount of new music is played on the air. tis great i tell ya.

i think that was all i wanted to say, so have a good one!
